Terms of Service
This agreement is between you and Tactical Marketing Pro LLC, a Texas limited liability company. Using this site means you accept it.

Paid work
Every paid engagement is set out in a written proposal or order that names the work, the price and the timing. That document governs the engagement, and where it differs from this page, it wins.
What we promise and what we do not
We do the work described with care and skill. Search rankings, ad results and lead volume depend on platforms and markets we do not control, so we do not guarantee a specific ranking or result unless a proposal says so in writing.
Payments
Invoices and card payments run through Stripe. Prices on this site are in US dollars and can change, but a signed proposal keeps its price.
Your content and ours
What you give us stays yours, and you allow us to use it to do the work. The words, designs and code on this site belong to Tactical Marketing Pro LLC. Work we build for you passes to you once it is paid, as agreed in writing.
Using the site
Please do not use this site to break the law, send spam, or try to get into systems you are not allowed into.
Limits
This site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, our liability for anything arising from the site is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Law
Texas law governs this agreement.
