We stopped selling SEO, websites and automation as separate line items because they only work together. A great site nobody finds is a brochure. Rankings that send calls to voicemail are wasted. So there is one plan.

What happens in the first 30 days
Week one is the audit, the Google Business Profile rebuild and missed call text back live on your number. Week two is the new site or a rebuild of your current one, with service pages and the first neighborhood pages. Week three turns on the review engine, cleans up citations and puts tracking numbers in place. Week four is the first report: what ranked, what called, what converted.
After that
Each billing cycle adds neighborhood pages, refreshes the profile, answers reviews, tunes the automation and reports the numbers. Rankings compound. Reviews compound. The work never stops, which is why it is a monthly plan and not a project.
Bought separately, the parts cost more
Sold separately, the monthly rates are $750 for Local SEO, $300 for Google Business Profile management, $400 for review generation and $250 for the AI receptionist. That is $1,700 before the site. The full menu of 104 services is on the services pages if you want to build your own.
Who it is not for
Businesses outside the Bronx, Upper Manhattan, Yonkers and the parts of Queens and Westchester that border us. Franchises with a corporate marketing department. Anyone who wants a national campaign. We do local, and we do it here.

If after 90 days you are not getting more calls than before we started, we will tell you first, and you can walk with everything we built. No contract holds you.

Is there a setup fee?
No. The first month covers the audit, the profile rebuild and the site build. The price is $1,500 a month from day one.
Can I pay by card?
Yes. Invoices go out through Stripe and take cards, bank transfer and the usual wallets.
What if I already have a site I like?
We keep it if it is fast and we can add pages to it. If it is a page builder that fights us, we rebuild it on the same domain and you lose nothing.
Is it legal to text back a missed call?
A text that answers someone who just called you is a different thing from a marketing blast, and we keep it that way. It names your business, answers the call they made, carries no promotion, and honors STOP. The carriers also want the number registered for business texting under A2P 10DLC, or they filter the message before your customer sees it. TCPA damages run $500 to $1,500 per message, so we register first and send second. This is a technical answer, not legal advice.
