Your business in the AI race, without guessing where to start

Every owner we talk to in the Bronx has heard they should be using AI. Almost none of them have been told what for, by someone who has seen their shop. That is the gap we fill. We look at the actual work, the phones, the paperwork, the follow up, the scheduling, and we tell you which parts a machine can take this month and which parts it cannot. Then we set it up, train your people, and keep it running.

Where to start when you do not know where to start

Start with the audit. Two weeks, one written document. We watch how work moves through your business, test the tools on your real tasks, and hand you a plan with the cost of each step and the order to do them in. A plumber in Throggs Neck does not need a chatbot. He needs the phone answered at 6am when the boiler is out. A dental office on Morris Park Avenue does not need a content generator. It needs the recall list worked and the insurance forms filled. The audit tells you which one you are. Price is $1,500, one time, and it is the only thing we sell before we know your business.

Training your team, in your shop, on their own accounts

A half day, hands on, up to 12 people. Nobody watches slides. Everyone leaves with AI doing three of their real tasks, set up on their own logins, so it keeps working Monday morning. Estimates, follow up emails, review replies, job write ups, spreadsheet cleanup, whatever the team actually does. The workshop is $2,500. After it, monthly office hours at $500 a month keep the habit alive, answer what comes up, and show your people what changed since last month, because something always has.

Integration: wire it into what you already run

Most businesses do not need new software. They need the software they have to talk to itself. We connect AI to your phone line, your forms, your scheduling, your invoicing, your CRM and your email. Missed calls get answered and booked. Forms get read and routed. Invoices get chased. Fixed scope and fixed price, agreed in writing before work starts. One workflow starts at $5,000, and for most businesses that first workflow is the phone.

AI tools change every month. Models get replaced, prices move, a vendor quietly turns a feature off. The AI Care Plan is $750 a month for updates, monitoring, new features as they arrive, and a fix within one business day when something breaks. For owners who want one accountable person on the whole AI question, the consulting retainer at $2,000 a month gives you a weekly call, a standing plan and every vendor conversation handled.

A community, not a sales funnel

We run free AI office hours for Bronx and NYC business owners. Bring the problem, get a straight answer, no pitch. We post what we learn, what worked in a real shop and what did not, so the next owner starts further ahead. Some of those owners hire us. Most just get better at running their business. Both are fine with us. This is the same way we sell everything: give the advice in public, do the work in private, and price it so a small business can say yes.

What kinds of businesses do you do this for?

Any business with a phone, a schedule and paperwork. Trades, medical and dental offices, restaurants, salons, law and accounting practices, property managers, wholesalers, nonprofits. The tools are the same. The tasks differ, which is why we start by looking at yours.

Do I need to buy new software first?

No. Almost everything we set up runs on tools you already pay for or on tools that cost less than a lunch a month. When something new is needed, it is in the audit with the price next to it.

What if my team is not technical?

That is who the training is for. If someone can text and use email, they can use what we set up. We train on their own accounts, on their own tasks, in plain language.

How fast can we start?

The free fit call is 20 minutes and usually within two business days. The audit starts the following week. Integration projects are scoped in writing before any work begins.
