Marketing automation for NYC service businesses
Here is a number we see over and over in Bronx auto shops and contractor offices. Somewhere between a third and half of inbound calls go unanswered. Not ignored on purpose. The owner is on a ladder, the front desk is on the other line, the call goes to voicemail and the customer calls the next name on the list. Automation is how you catch those calls without hiring a receptionist.

Missed call text back
Someone calls, you cannot pick up, and within 20 seconds they get a text in your name asking what is going on. The conversation starts. You reply from your phone when you climb down. Most of those callers stay with you instead of dialing your competitor. This one feature pays for the whole system for most shops, so we set it up first.

Instant replies to form fills and profile messages
A lead that gets a reply within five minutes converts many times better than one that waits an hour. Every web form, every Google Business Profile message and every Facebook lead gets an immediate, human sounding reply that asks the right next question and books time on your calendar if you want it to.

Review requests that actually get sent
You know you should ask for reviews. You forget, because you are working. The system texts every finished customer a short request with a direct link, then reminds them once. That is how a shop in Westchester Square goes from 14 reviews to 90 in a year.

Follow up for quotes that went quiet
Estimates that never got answered are money sitting on the table. A short sequence over two weeks by text and email checks in, answers the common objections and offers a time to talk. No pressure. Just not letting the lead die in silence.

What we do not do
We do not send spam. We do not blast cold lists. We do not put a chatbot on your site that annoys people. Every automation here responds to a customer who reached out first. That is the line.

Does this work with my existing phone number?
Yes. We connect the system to the number your customers already know. Nothing changes for them, and you keep the number, the contacts and the conversation history.

What does automation cost?
Lead Capture Automation is $1,200 to set up on its own and the AI Receptionist is $250 a month after setup. Inside the Local Lead Engine the automation is included at $1,500 a month with local SEO and the site.

Will customers know it is automated?
The first text is written in your voice from how you already talk to customers. After that, you are the one replying. Nobody is pretending to be a person who is not there.

Do I need A2P 10DLC registration to text my customers?
If you text customers from a regular 10 digit business number through software, yes. The carriers require your brand and your use case registered with The Campaign Registry, and unregistered traffic gets filtered or blocked. Registration proves who you are. It does not replace consent, so reminders still need the customer's permission and promotions need it in writing. Federal quiet hours run 8 AM to 9 PM in the customer's time zone, and a few states set tighter windows. This is a technical answer, not legal advice.
