What we collect

When you send a form or book a call, we collect what you type: business name, your name, the length of the call, email, how many leads you get, phone number, the time you pick, what the call is about, website and what you need. Our web server keeps standard logs of each request, which include the address your device connected from, the browser it reported and the page it asked for.

How we measure visits

We count visits with a small image served from our own server. It sets no cookie, and no advertising or analytics company sees your visit through this site.

Why we use it

We use what you send to answer you, schedule and confirm your call, prepare a proposal, and deliver work you ask us for. We use server logs to keep the site running and secure.

Texts and calls

If you give a phone number when you book, we text you a confirmation of that appointment. Reply STOP to any text to stop them. Our SMS terms at /sms-terms/ explain the program. We never share your mobile number or text consent with anyone for their marketing.

Who helps us

Twilio sends our text messages. Google Calendar holds our appointment diary. Stripe processes card payments, so your card details go to Stripe and never sit on our servers. Each of them handles your data under its own privacy terms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else's advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep what you send for as long as we need it to answer you and serve your business, and as long as tax and legal duties require. Ask us to delete it and we will, unless a law requires us to keep it.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing admin@tacticalmarketingpro.com. We answer within 30 days.
