Summary
I build complete systems. AI, data, compliance, commerce, web, and the business that has to run on top of them.
Twenty years in technology. Paid IT and business roles from 2006, then the U.S. Army. Since 2022 I have built self-funded AI, data, and compliance systems end to end, hosted on my own network.
I have founded three companies. I filed five U.S. provisional patent applications as sole inventor.

Projects Self-funded, 2022 to present
Self-funded independent projects, 2022 to present. Built, hosted, and paid for on my own home network.
Founder, Tactical Marketing Pro
Veteran-owned LLC. Holds an organization NPI. Self-funded.
- Designed and run a multi-agent AI system on MCP tool servers, with task routing, decision logs, output checks, and health checks.
- Choose the model for each task on speed, cost, and accuracy across Anthropic, OpenAI, Cerebras, and local Ollama models.
- Wrote Python and PowerShell pipelines that turn documents and web sources into structured records. Integrated Stripe, Google Ads, Gmail, Drive, and Canva through APIs and MCP.
- Built Stripe Connect marketplace payments with platform and facilitation fee routing.
- Built platforms for healthcare businesses: a therapy practice that keeps patient records apart from marketing under signed BAAs, and a medical wig provider with HCPCS and ICD-10 insurance billing workflows.
- Took on a tea company's Shopify store and shipped 16 work orders: structured data, breadcrumbs, SEO, local landing pages, and workshop pages.
- Built online booking with live availability rules, Google Calendar sync, and Twilio text confirmations.
- Rebuilt a broken Joomla booking site for a local rental business so it takes payments and verifies driver licenses online. The owner runs it from his phone with no staff.
- Helped small businesses set up registration, EIN, domains, business phones, websites, payments, and print. Produced 50,000+ product labels.
- Run GCP, Cloudflare, and self-hosted nginx, plus Linux and Windows hosts over Tailscale and SSH. Manage 39 domains with DNS and SSL automated through the GoDaddy API.
- Scripted a 12-episode video training program that teaches a team to use Claude across chat, code, and the browser.
- Debug to the root cause, down to database trigger order and data encoding faults.
Founder, TROOPIR LLC
Self-funded, running alongside Tactical Marketing Pro.
- Computational biotech IP company. Built the company, the engine, and the patent estate in under two months.
- Built a deterministic engine that reads a protein from its amino acid sequence alone. It returns structure, folding pathway, energy landscape, and mutation sensitivity, residue by residue, in seconds. Same input, same output, every run.
- Filed four U.S. provisional patent applications alone, as sole inventor. Filed the TROOPIR federal trademark application.
- Ran blind validation audits against published experimental data.
Selected builds
- Snypir. Started as a digital signage platform with kiosk launchers for Windows, Mac, Android, and Fire TV, deployed at a Bronx pub. Provisional patent filed on its browser-to-browser bridge. Now also a compliance scanner: enter a domain and every failure comes back mapped to the authority it violates, from ADA and WCAG to HIPAA, COPPA, privacy, and security, with citation and fix.
- Government compliance map. A national dataset of more than 100,000 U.S. government entities, each matched to its web accessibility deadline. Paired with a domain lookup that pulls registry, WHOIS, DNS, and certificate transparency records into structured fields.
- Venue and restaurant platforms. For The Burren Public House: QR table ordering with kitchen and bar stations, live order updates, and an ID check on alcohol. A new venue goes live with one database row. For Cool Runnings Jamaican Grill: Apple Wallet loyalty passes with push updates, signed staff QR redemption, and Toast POS order ingestion.
- Resume Genie. Pulls live postings from Ashby, Greenhouse, and Lever, breaks each into its requirements, and scores fit against a candidate's own evidence. Writes a resume, cover letter, and outreach email for each job.
- Kumando.com. A suite of consumer apps. Money Map sorts federal programs by a person's situation. Homeschooling maps a curriculum to state law. Trivia and karaoke apps let a host run the room from a phone.
- TrainStationNearMe.com. NYC transit app covering 738 subway, Metro-North, and LIRR stations, built from GTFS schedules and live feeds.
- HudsonAI. My own AI stack on my own hardware. Local models only. Every action is logged and checked against evidence the AI cannot write for itself.
- Phone as a server. Turned an Android phone into a self-contained web server with its own database, local language models, and supervised services.
- Content platform. A PostgreSQL store that breaks every document into tagged, parented records, with audit triggers, cycle protection, and reporting views. It feeds everything above.
