Terms of Service
Effective July 31, 2026. These terms apply to all Tactical Marketing Pro retainers, packages, print products, and hosting.
1. Pricing Changes
Prices for all services, retainers, and packages are subject to change with 30 days written notice. Changes apply at the start of the next billing cycle, never mid-cycle. Active subscribers keep their current rate for the duration of the active billing cycle. Grandfathered rates beyond that are at TMP’s discretion.
2. Billing
Retainers and subscriptions bill monthly, in advance, to the payment method on file. Failed payments receive a 7-day cure window before services pause. One-time packages are due in full at purchase unless a written agreement says otherwise.
3. Scope of Retainers
Website Care includes up to 2 hours of content edits per calendar month. Unused hours do not roll over. Work beyond the included scope of any retainer is quoted in writing before it starts. Each tier’s scope is what its live product page states at time of purchase.
4. Term and Cancellation
Retainers are month-to-month. Cancel with 30 days written notice to admin@tacticalmarketingpro.com. No refunds for partial months. One-time packages are non-refundable once work has begun, except as required by law.
5. Suspension for Non-Payment
Accounts more than 14 days past due may have services suspended, including hosting maintenance and security monitoring. Sites remain live but frozen during suspension. Service resumes on payment of the outstanding balance.
6. Ownership
Clients own their content and their domain. TMP retains ownership of proprietary tooling, templates, and platform infrastructure. On departure, clients receive their site files and content. Platform infrastructure and internal tooling do not transfer.
7. Third-Party Costs
Hosting, domains, plugins, software licenses, and advertising spend are separate from service fees unless explicitly listed in a package. Price changes from third parties pass through at cost.
8. Response Times
Standard requests receive a response within 2 business days. Security emergencies are prioritized ahead of all standard work. Priority response options, where offered, are defined on their product pages.
9. Results
SEO, content, and marketing deliverables are commitments of professional effort, not guarantees of rankings, traffic, or revenue. Business Credit Builder results depend on client payment behavior with vendors and lenders.
10. Professional Boundaries
TMP is not a law firm, CPA firm, or lender. Formation, bookkeeping, credit building, and compliance services are done-with-you setup, systems, and reminders. They are not legal advice, tax advice, tax preparation, or lending. TMP will refer clients to licensed professionals where a matter requires one.
11. Compliance Calendar
The Business Compliance Calendar provides reminders and general guidance about common filing deadlines. Clients remain solely responsible for their filings and their accuracy. Deadlines vary by entity and circumstance; verify against official sources.
12. Print Products
Print prices exclude sales tax, calculated at checkout. Production begins after payment. Reprints for defects in production are covered; errors approved by the client in proofs are not.
