A tri-fold brochure is still the thing a Houston contractor leaves on a kitchen counter after the walkthrough, and it outlives every business card in the truck. Two thousand five hundred of them is the run size that actually makes sense, because the press setup costs the same whether you print 500 or 2,500 and the per piece price collapses once you clear a couple thousand.
These print full color on both sides, folded to a standard 3.67 by 8.5 finished panel that drops into a #10 envelope without a second fold. Six panels total, which is more room than most people plan for. Bring a services list, a price table, a map, and a photo and you will still have panel space left over.
Stock matters more on a fold than it does flat. Too thin and the crease cracks white along the fold line the first time somebody opens it. We run these on 100LB gloss text, which folds clean and holds saturated color without going glassy under the fluorescent lights of a job trailer.
Every job gets a human looking at the file before it goes to press. Fold panels are the single most common place artwork goes wrong, because designers routinely build them as three equal thirds. They are not equal. The inside fold panel has to be narrower or the brochure will not close flat. We fix that quietly and send you a proof.

How fast can I get brochures printed?+
Five business days on the press once you approve the proof. The proof itself usually comes back within one business day of receiving your files. Rush options exist on shorter runs, so call (713) 519-5919 if you are working against an event date.
Why 2,500 instead of 500?+
Press setup costs the same at any quantity, so short runs carry all of that on very few pieces. At 2,500 the setup is spread thin enough that the per piece price drops hard. If you genuinely only need a few hundred, digital printing is the better answer and we will quote it.
What size is a standard tri-fold?+
Flat it is 8.5 by 11 inches. Folded it finishes at 3.67 by 8.5, which fits a #10 business envelope with no extra fold and sits properly in a standard literature rack.
Do I need to supply print ready files?+
No. Send whatever you have, including a logo and a rough layout, and we handle bleed, margins, fold panel widths, and color setup. If you do have a print ready PDF we will still check the fold math before it goes to press.
Can I get a sample before I commit to 2,500?+
You get a free digital PDF proof on every order and nothing prints until you sign off on it. If you want to hold the real thing, add Job Samples for $25 and we ship you a physical set pulled from your actual run. Worth it if exact color match against an existing brand is critical.
What happens if the color comes back wrong?+
If the printed piece does not match the approved proof, we reprint it. If it matches the proof and you simply do not like the color, that is a new order, which is exactly why the proof step exists and why we do not skip it.
