A menu takes more abuse than any other printed thing a restaurant owns. Wet hands, sauce, a hundred openings a night. UV coating on 100LB gloss cover is what keeps it from looking tired in week three.
Standard is 8.5x11 flat, full color both sides. Six fold options are available including half fold, tri-fold and gatefold, all scored properly first so the paper does not crack along the fold. If you are printing takeout inserts, the 5.5x17 and 11x17 sizes are worth a look.
Seven business days on press, no rush tier. Plan menu reprints around price changes rather than reacting to them. We have Houston clients who reprint quarterly on a calendar and it costs them less per year than emergency runs.

Common questions
What holds up best for dine-in?+
100LB gloss cover with UV on the color side. If you want something you can wipe down hard, ask about laminating as a separate finishing step.
Can you score and fold?+
Yes. Six fold options including half fold, tri-fold and double gatefold. Scoring first is included, which is what stops the ink cracking on the fold.
How often should I reprint?+
Whenever prices move. A menu with a sticker over an item costs you more in perceived quality than the reprint costs in dollars.
