Everything we quote outside the standard catalog lands here. Banners, yard signs, vehicle magnets, table throws, apparel, presentation folders, door hangers, rack cards, and the long tail of promotional items that are not worth building a separate product page for. Print production runs deep and most of it is quantity dependent, which is why it gets quoted rather than listed.

Enter the exact pre tax amount written on your quote. Sales tax is added at checkout automatically, so do not add it yourself or the total will come out wrong. If the number you enter does not match the quote, production waits until we reconcile it, which slows your job down for no reason.

Reference your quote number in the notes if you have one. It routes payment to the right job immediately instead of somebody matching a payment to an order by guessing from the name on the card.

What amount do I enter?+

The pre tax subtotal exactly as written on your quote. Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout, so do not add it yourself. Entering a total that already includes tax will overcharge you.

I do not have a quote yet. Can I use this?+

No. This only pays a quote that already exists. Call (713) 519-5919 or use the intake form and we will price the job first. Paying an arbitrary amount does not create an order.

What kinds of jobs get quoted this way?+

Banners, yard signs, vehicle magnets, table throws, apparel, presentation folders, door hangers, rack cards, and most promotional items. Anything quantity dependent or outside the standard catalog.

When does production start?+

Same business day for cleared card payments, assuming artwork is already approved. ACH takes a few days to settle, so if you are against a deadline, pay by card.

Can I pay a deposit instead of the full amount?+

Yes. Enter the deposit amount your quote specifies. Larger jobs are commonly split, with production starting on the deposit and the balance due before delivery.

How do I make sure it is applied to the right job?+

Put your quote number in the notes at checkout. Without it we match payments by name, which usually works and occasionally does not.
