Customer Acquisition Cost Calculator
Most owners can name their rent to the dollar and have never worked out what one customer costs them to win. Put your numbers in and you will have it in about ten seconds.
Work out yours
$16
Every new customer costs you about $16 to win.
You are almost certainly underspending. A channel returning this much is something to feed, not something to cap.
What to do with this number
Your cost per customer only means something next to what a customer is worth. Two hundred dollars is excellent if they pay you three thousand and terrible if they pay you two fifty. Work out the second number before you act on the first.
If your return is above 3x and you are not spending more
That is not a marketing problem, it is an unused lever. Scaling a channel that already returns is the lowest risk money in a small business, and the usual reason it does not happen is that nobody is running it consistently.
